Competition for services for updating and creating sites on a bicycle theme

   

   

“The Minsk Cycling Society announces a competition for services to update the organization's website www.bike.org.by and create a Belarusian information center on cycling within the framework of the international technical assistance project“ Development of urban cycling in the interests of the public of the Republic of Belarus ”.

To participate in the competition, you must send an application before February 16 inclusive.

The public association "Minsk Cycling Society" announces a competition for services to update the site of the organization www.bike.org.by and the creation of the Belarusian Cycling Information Center of the Cycling Development in the Regions of Belarus project (BLR / SGP / OP6 / Y4 / STAR / MF / 18/01), funded by the Global Environment Facility Small Grants Program, and the cycling in the public interest of the Republic of Belarus ”(NEAR-TS / 2015 / 369-483), funded by the European Union and implemented by the Center for Environmental Solutions in cooperation with the public association“ Minsk Cycling Society ”, registered by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus on 08.12.2016, registration number 2/16/000827.

Are invited individual entrepreneurs and organizations working in the field of information technology.

Purpose of work: Updating and maintaining the website of the Minsk Cycling Society (according to Terms of Reference No. 1 in Appendix No. 1) and the creation of a Belarusian Cycling Information Center as the main online center for technical and practical information on cycling in Belarus (according to Terms of Reference No. 2 in Appendix No. 2).

Stages of the competition:

February 5-16, 2019 - application submission;

February 18-19, 2019 - work of the selection committee;

February 20, 2019 - selection of the winner of the tender.

Work performance period: 20 February-30 August 2019

Expected results

Updating the MBO website with at least 3000 visitors per month; Cycling information center website with unique content on urban cycling in Belarus, at least 1000 visitors per month.

2. Payment

Payment for the work will be made in advance in the amount of 100% within 10 banking days after the conclusion of the contract. Payment is made without VAT.

3. Requirements for applicants

● An individual entrepreneur or an organization working in the field of information technology.
● At least two years of experience in website creation and design development.
● Experience in international technical assistance projects funded by the European Union.
● Experience in project analysis.
● Experience in developing corporate identity elements for an organization or portfolio, containing:
○ at least three sites,
○ at least three projects on elements of corporate identity developed by the organization or its key employees.
● Understanding the specifics of the subject of cycling and transport.
● Conclusion of a contract and performance of all types of work according to the submitted application.

To participate in the competition, you must send an application to the email address bike@ecoidea.by marked "Tender for the creation of sites" until February 16, 2019 inclusive and provide the following information:

● a letter expressing interest in participating in the competition;
● information on the cost, deadlines and terms of payment for work, according to the terms of reference;
● a copy of the Charter and certificate of registration of the organization or individual entrepreneur;
● portfolio of completed projects;
● contact information or contact person in the company.

The final conditions and cost of the work will be reflected in the Agreement concluded between the NGO “Minsk Cycling Society” and the selected contractor.
