Belarusian Association of Transport Experts and Surveyors (BAES) - a republican public association that unites more than 200 Belarusian and foreign experts in the field of transport. Urban tactics Is a popular science collection dedicated to urban research in Minsk. The first issue of the almanac was published in March 2014. The goal of the magazine's editorial office is to provide a wide audience with modern knowledge about the city. The Urban Tactics team sets the task of telling about the city we all live in, trying to figure out what we want it to be in the future and how to achieve it. “Urban Tactics” is a free platform where young professionals from architecture, sociology, cultural studies and other spheres can publish their research.

Let's bike it! - a project for the development of bicycle culture in Russia, which was invented in April 2010 with the aim of popularizing the bicycle as a comfortable and environmentally friendly urban transport. Mission - to draw people's attention to the problems of accessibility of the urban environment, to demonstrate the possibilities and convenience of cycling. Let's bike it! organizes the Moscow Bike Parade, the “Cycling to Work” campaign and the International Cycling Congress in Moscow.

European Union

In 2017-2019, the team of the Minsk Cycling Society and the Center for Environmental Solutions implemented the project “Urban Cycling in Belarus”. The project is aimed at enhancing cycling in Belarus (primarily in Minsk, Brest and Grodno) and increasing interest in cycling. As part of the project, sociological research was carried out, concepts and city plans were developed, national programs and bicycle infrastructure solutions were created, campaigns were implemented to promote the bicycle as a transport, and methodological materials were published.  The amount of EU funding was € 560,855. 

United Nations Development Program in Belarus 

In 2016-2017, the EU / UNDP development project “Assistance to development at the local level in the Republic of Belarus”, the initiative “Development of infrastructure for cycling tourism in the Volozhin region for sustainable development of the local community” was implemented. The funding amount is $17,000.

European Association of Local Democracy Agencies

In 2012-2013, the project "Cooperation between the local community and local authorities to create a bicycle infrastructure at the level of the microdistrict" was implemented. The amount of funding was € 2,770.

U.S. Embassy in Belarus 

In 2015-2017, the project “Creation of the Belarusian part of the EuroVelo-2 bicycle route” was implemented with the support of the Small Grants Program of the US Embassy in the Republic of Belarus. The amount of funding was $25,000.

Global Environment Facility

In 2018-2019, the project "Development of cycling in the regions of Belarus" was implemented with the financial support of the Small Grants Program of the Global Environment Facility. The amount of funding was around $47,000.

Friedrich Ebert Foundation

Thanks to the partnership with this German foundation, foreign specialists in urban planning, urban planning, urban planning and urban activism regularly come to Belarus. In particular, the fund financed the visit of some experts to the PraRovar forum.

UGAI MIA RB and UGAI GUVD Minsk City Executive Committee

In partnership with the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Republic of Belarus, the team of the Minsk Cycling Society holds consultation meetings to discuss the draft Road Traffic Rules, the implementation of the National Concept for the Development of Cycling.

Together with the traffic police at the Minsk City Executive Committee, the development and approval of projects for organizing traffic, taking into account cycling, is being carried out, the Moscow Military District provides consulting and expert support for the implementation of innovative design solutions. In 2019, a project of bicycle lanes was implemented on the street. Vera Horuzhei, an elevated pedestrian crossing near the Arena City shopping center, a typical intersection scheme with continuous cycling has been agreed, and “Night Stealth” is holding an action about cycling in the dark.

Minsk city executive committee 

The Moscow Military District interacts with the Minsk City Executive Committee through the Main Directorate of Sports and Tourism, to resolve global issues, meetings are held with the Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee, at the local level, the Moscow Military District organizes meetings in the district administrations of the city.

Volunteers of the Moscow Military District constantly help ensure the safety of participants in international cycling competitions in Minsk and other cities of Belarus, as well as during mass bike rides and bike parades. To resolve global issues, they hold meetings with the Department of Tourism and the Deputy. minister.

GPO "Gorremavtodor of the Minsk City Executive Committee"

A network of utilities that carry out the maintenance and repairs of most of the capital's road network and engineering support, in particular the lowering of the curb. Together with the Moscow Military District, the main streets of the city were monitored for compliance with the barrier-free environment.

UE "Minskgrado"

The main design institute that develops urban planning documentation for Minsk, on the basis of which the design of everything that is built in the city is carried out. The MBO makes recommendations for the placement of cycling infrastructure in projects. Together, at the level of the traffic police, we promote solutions that are convenient for cyclists.

Bicycle club "Minsk" 

The first professional cycling club in Belarus. On the basis of the club, teams of professional athletes have been created, who represent Belarus at the World Championships and the Olympic Games.

The organization was founded in 2013. Since 2015, the cycling club has been the organizer and one of the sponsors of the Viva Rovar! Cycling carnival. Volunteers of the Moscow Military District regularly help the cycling club to hold international cycling competitions in Minsk.
