Passage of the intersection with st. Ears
When you turn to st. Horuzhei from the side of pl. Ya. Kolos, you should make sure that the maneuver is safe and, if necessary, let pedestrians and cyclists pass at the ground crossing. Continue driving along the lane for cars.
Passage of the intersection with st. Kuibyshev
You can only turn from the lane for car traffic, it is prohibited and dangerous to do it from the cycle lane. Before turning, make sure that the maneuver is safe. Although by adjusting the phases of the traffic light, when cars can turn both left and right, red for cyclists is on. And when driving straight, there is no intersection of trajectories with cyclists.
Stopping and parking
Stopping and parking of vehicles is possible in specially designated places: parking in the shopping center "Silhouette" and the shopping center "Parking". Stopping and parking at the cycle line is FORBIDDEN. Even "for a minute." We would like to note that the rules for parking and stopping cars on Khoruzhei Street have not changed - they were prohibited there before.
Here's what the traffic rules say about it:
141: In case of a forced stop of a vehicle on the carriageway and in places where stopping is prohibited, the driver must take all possible measures to take it out of the carriageway. If possible, it is necessary to eliminate the technical malfunctions of the vehicle outside the carriageway.
143. Stopping and parking of vehicles is prohibited:
143.1. in the coverage area, respectively, of the road signs "Stopping prohibited", "Parking prohibited"
144. Turning on the hazard warning light by the driver when deliberately stopping and parking in places where they are prohibited does not relieve him of responsibility for violation of the requirements of paragraph 143 of these Rules.

When leaving / entering parking lots, parking, loading and unloading places, it is worth making sure that the maneuver is safe and, if necessary, let the cyclists pass.
Public transport stops
Cyclists are obliged to give up movement to public transport upon arrival and departure of the latter from a stop. Car drivers are required to let cyclists pass when leaving stops.
Avoiding Obstacles
If there is an obstacle on the cycle lane, the cyclist can avoid it on the carriageway. The motorist must be prepared for this maneuver by cyclists. In this case, it is recommended to reduce the speed even before the obstacle to a complete stop.
