Volunteering
The Minsk Cycling Society (MBO) is a public association, which means it is a group of motivated and inspired people, ordinary cyclists who voluntarily invest their time and energy in the development of cycling in Minsk.
All MVO projects are carried out by volunteers. We invite you to become a part of this community, realize your cycling ideas, connect to current projects and events, find new friends and always keep abreast of the Minsk “cycling news”.
Why is it interesting to be a volunteer of the Minsk Cycling Society?
- you are always aware of all cycling events and activities in Minsk and beyond;
- you can change the cycling infrastructure in your city with your own hands; this is ABSOLUTELY real
- you can learn how to repair a bicycle from the hardest cyclists in Minsk;
- you can gain experience in website administration, cycling articles writing, event organizing and many other useful skills.
Meetings with newcomers and MBO volunteers are held on Saturdays from 15-00 at st. Pervomayskaya 18, room. 504 (write in advance). Even if you don't know exactly how to help, come anyway - there is something for everyone. Usually at meetings we discuss working moments, you can immediately and headlong plunge into heated discussions. However, do not be alarmed - the volunteer coordinators will definitely pay attention to you, who will arrange a tour of the organization's activities and a tour of our wonderful office.
