On September 28, at 19:06, a cyclist was killed on the Minsk ring road. According to eyewitnesses, the cyclist was moving along the side of the road, where he was overtaken by a car at a high (140-160 km / h) speed. This is the second fatal bike accident in Minsk since the beginning of the year.
