MVO together with photographer Maxim Shitov is working on a large photo project MinskBikeWoman. Our goal is to prove that cycling is comfortable and safe, regardless of gender. And, of course, this does not prevent you from looking great.
We spent about 10 photo sessions over the summer. The results can be admired in our social networks in thematic albums or by the hashtag #MinskBikeWoman. We want to show girls in different life situations: how they ride a bike to work, to a store, to exhibitions or dates, ride with the whole family, take children to kindergarten and walk pets. In casual or smart clothes and in any weather. The more original the shooting idea, the cooler!
You just need to fill out a form.

How is it going?
- Participation is free.
- Together with the photographer, you choose the time and place of shooting convenient for you. Roughly the photo session will last up to 30 minutes.
- Within a few weeks Maxim has been sending you the best pictures. You can use them as you like.
- We will publish one snapshot on our social networks with a short description of your bike story: https://vk.com/bikeorgby, https://www.facebook.com/bikeorgby/,
We plan to publish the pictures every Friday evening for several months, so everyone will be able to participate if possible. The project started in mid-June.
The expert work of the Minsk Cycling Society was supported by the European Union within the framework of the project “Urban Cycling in Belarus”.
