We remind you that it will be possible to participate in the event in corporate suits, as well as to carry the flags of their organizations, provided that they do not interfere with the safety of movement in the cyclist convoy.
Are you going to the carnival with a big company? Unite, become more visible and participate in additional contests. For corporate and regional teams, the organizers of the Bicycle Carnival "Viva Rovar" have prepared bonuses:
Bonus number 1. The ability to pick up your team's numbers without queuing on the day of registration.
To get the numbers of your participants conveniently and quickly on May 12, please fill out this short form.
Pre-registration of registered numbers takes place on the website vivarovar2018.by.
Bonus number 2. For corporate and regional teams, we organize a whole team area with a number of activities. The winning team will be declared the "Best Team of Viva Rovar" - 2018. And besides honors and glory, they will receive wonderful prizes from the organizers!
How the competition will be held:
1) On May 12, teams register / leave a request in the team registration area at the event site.
2) In order to win a prize, teams must complete all activations presented in the team area.
3) In each activation, both the entire team and its individual representatives can participate (depending on the number of people in the team, as well as the required number of people to complete the activation).
4) The result shown by the team representatives counts towards the whole team.
5) Based on the results of all activations, a table of achievements of all teams is compiled. The team with the best result receives a prize from the organizers and is declared the best team of the bike carnival.
* By registering on the site on May 12, you will receive a flyer with a description of all the required activities and the number of points for completing each of them.

Recommendations for making flags:
- shaft length up to 2m, durable and lightweight material (aluminum tube, carbon fiber);
- flag size up to 1x0.75 m;
- proven fasteners: clamps or ties, but stronger.
