The Center for Environmental Solutions and the Minsk Cycling Society announce a competition for services for the development of social advertising videos within the framework of the international technical assistance project "Development of urban cycling in the public interest of the Republic of Belarus", funded by the European Union.
Are invited individual entrepreneurs and organizations working in the field of communication and video production.
Purpose of work: creation of short videos on safe cycling for various categories of cyclists (version for social networks and television version according to the Terms of Reference in Appendix No. 1).
Stages of the competition:
June 14 - 21, 2018 - submission of tenders
June 22 - 23, 2018 - work of the selection committee
June 24, 2018 - selection of the winner of the tender
Work performance period: June 25 - August 25, 2018
Expected results
5 (five) videos on the topic of road safety and polite cycling (4 videos of the TV version, 1 video only in the full version).
For participation in the tender, you must send an application to the email address: bike@ecoidea.by marked “Tender for filming videos” by June 21, 2018 inclusive.
