Purpose of work: To develop and install a cyclist counter on a selected street in Minsk in accordance with the terms of reference. Deadline for submission of applications is February 24.
Public association "Minsk Cycling Society" announces a competition for the production of a cyclist counter within the framework of the project "Development of cycling in the regions of Belarus" (BLR / SGP / OP6 / Y4 / STAR / MF / 18/01), funded by the Small Grants Program of the Global Environment Facility, and the international technical assistance project "Development of urban cycling in the public interest of the Republic of Belarus "(NEAR-TS / 2015 / 369-483), funded by the European Union and implemented by the Center for Environmental Solutions in cooperation with the public association" Minsk Cycling Society ", registered by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus on 08.12.2016, registration number 2/16/000827.

Purpose of work: Develop and install a cyclist counter on a selected street in Minsk (according to the Terms of Reference No. 1 in Appendix No. 1).
Stages of the competition:
11-24 February 2019 - submission of tenders
February 25-26, 2019 - work of the selection committee
February 27, 2019 - selection of the winner of the tender
Work performance period: February 27 - July 31, 2019
1. Terms of work. Expected results
The deadline for work is February 27 - July 31, 2019.
Expected results
A cyclist counter has been installed in Minsk. The meter works continuously 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
2. Payment
Payment for the work will be made in advance in the amount of 100% within 10 banking days after the conclusion of the contract. Payment is made without VAT. VAT exemption is provided to the Contractor due to the fact that the purchase is made within the framework of an international technical assistance project.
The estimated cost of all work is from 8,000.00 rubles. and higher in accordance with the justification of the price / cost and the agreement between the parties.
3. Requirements for applicants:
- An individual entrepreneur or organization officially registered in the Republic of Belarus.
- Experience in the manufacture of similar devices (electronic outdoor advertising devices, induction sensors).
- Ability to manufacture a meter and install it in a place specified by the Customer.
- Conclusion of a contract and performance of all types of work according to the submitted application.
- The final conditions and cost of work will be reflected in the Agreement concluded between the NGO "Minsk Cycling Society" and the selected contractor.
