Within the framework of the project "Development of urban cycling in the interests of the public of the Republic of Belarus", the team of the public association "Minsk Cycling Society" is looking for a new employee. The project is being implemented by the NGO "Minsk Cycling Society" and the Institution "Center for Environmental Solutions" with the support of the European Union.
Project duration: August 2019 - December 2019.
Salary - 730 BYN
Employment - 0.75 rate.

Circle of tasks (all work processes in the team are established):
- Document management for the organization (office work).
- Working with the project budget, Preparing reports on the expenditure of funds within the project.
- Archiving and preparation of scans of primary documents within the framework of the project.
- Procurement according to the list of goods and services. Working with suppliers of goods / works / services (legal entities and individuals).
- Participation in the preparation and implementation of project activities (documentary and logistic support for the implementation of project activities).
- Preparation of work contracts and acts for payment for services within the framework of the project (for individuals).
We are looking for a specialist:
- With experience of working in a non-profit organization, with MTP.
- Owner of Excel.
- Knowledge of English at least at a basic level.
- With a positive attitude towards green values.
- Possessing qualities: responsibility, attentiveness, scrupulousness, quick learning, analytical mindset, search for optimal solutions, ability to work with legislation, exactingness.
