In connection with the pandemic, the annual general meeting of the MVO will be held in online mode in two parts:
- Preliminary email newsletter with the auditor's report, information on candidates for the MBO board and preliminary participation questionnaire.
- Online zoom - conference, 28 May 19.00 - 21.00 (Thursday)
The purpose of the AGM Is the exercise of control over the activities of a public association. All members of the organization listen to the report of the organization's asset on the activities for the year, read the report of the auditor (the person who checks the documentary side of the work), ask questions about the activities of the organization and, most importantly, elect representatives to the board of the organization for the coming year.
In MBO, members of the board are elected for two years, thus ensuring the continuity of activities and renewal of the board. Half of the board is re-elected every year. Any member of the organization who has expressed a desire can be elected to the board. If you decide to try, then until 20.00 on May 24, fill out this form:
How will your civil rights be implemented in connection with the new online format?
- On Monday you will receive an email with information about the candidates and the report of the organization.
- The letter will contain a questionnaire where you will be able to vote in advance before zoom-conference on May 28.
Vote in advance it will be possible before 16.00 May 28. The questionnaire will offer points for voting for candidates. Take a close look at the motivation of candidates.

The meeting will take about two hours, according to the schedule:
- We will tell you about the results of the work of the Moscow Military District in 2019.
- Presenting the plans of the MBO for 2020.
- We will elect a new composition of the board.
- We will answer all your questions.
